CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
TERMS, CONDITIONS AND E-SIGN CONSENT
These terms and conditions for Credit Card Payment Authorization, available herein will constitute your copy of your payment authorization agreement with Busy Bee Cleaning Company. Please print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize and grant to Busy Bee Cleaning Company the right to charge any and all credit cards you have presented as payment for any and all products, services, time and labor provided to you by Busy Bee Cleaning Company per your request whether such services are provided “by the hour” or at a “flat-fixed rate” on either a one-time or recurring basis in accordance with the frequency and pricing structure established for your account, including all service charges, past due amounts, applicable fees, surcharges, penalties and/or amounts which may accumulate in arrears, as may be provided for under Busy Bee Cleaning Company Terms of Service (ToS), agreed to by you as witnessed by your consent and subsequent request for Busy Bee Cleaning Company services.
You understand and agree that all payment cards supplied by you for automatic one-time and/or recurring payments to Busy Bee Cleaning Company is, and will continue to be, accounts that you own, and that you will maintain sufficient availability under your credit card limit, as applicable, to pay for all products and services provided to you by Busy Bee Cleaning Company. The automatic onetime and/or recurring charges to your credit card account will occur either upon commencement or completion of services rendered by Busy Bee Cleaning Company staff. We will notify you of any variance in the amounts charged to your credit card account.
You understand and agree that all payment card accounts supplied by you for automatic one-time and/or recurring payments to Busy Bee Cleaning Company shall be used as a back-up, default method of payment for all charges, fees, fines and/or penalties assessed by Busy Bee Cleaning Company in the event you fail to provide payment by either cash or check; or in the event a payment by check is returned unpaid due to a stop-payment or insufficient funds. Additionally, you agree that should Busy Bee Cleaning Company suffer non-payment due to a “charge declined” against your credit card accounts or as the result of an arbitrary charge back by your credit card company, banking or financial institution, that you will still be responsible for producing payment for time and labor rendered to you by Busy Bee Cleaning Company and that you will become retroactively subject to all applicable late/non-payment penalties as outlined in the Busy Bee Cleaning Company Terms of Service.
You understand and agree that should you wish to cancel a one-time charge or terminate a recurring billing process that you must either arrange for an alternative method of payment or cancel your Team cleaning service altogether. You also understand and agree that all service cancellations, reschedules and/or skipped service requests must be made in accordance with Busy Bee Cleaning Company Terms of Service policies. You agree that you will not dispute Busy Bee Cleaning Company’s one-time charge or recurring billing with your credit card issuer or your banking institution so long as the amount in question was for time and labor rendered per your request prior to the cancelling of your account in the manner required by Busy Bee Cleaning Company Terms of Service.
You understand and agree that you may cancel your one-time and/or recurring payment authorization by only one of the following means: (1) cancelling your payment authorization by means of direct email communication via Busy Bee Cleaning Company’s email address: support@busybeecleaning.flywheelsites.com; or (2) contacting Busy Bee Cleaning Company by telephone at 610-430-6888 or (3) notifying Busy Bee Cleaning Company in writing via the following address: Busy Bee Cleaning Company ~ 18 Wilson Avenue West Chester, PA 19382. Your request to cancel your payment authorization must be received AND ACKNOWLEDGED by a member of Busy Bee Cleaning Company office staff at least one (1) full business day prior to your next scheduled cleaning.
You understand and agree that (i) that all rates and pricing structures established by Busy Bee Cleaning Company shall simply be billed as “time & labor”; and (ii) that once “time & labor” has been extended to you that neither discounts, credits nor refunds shall be available either from Busy Bee Cleaning Company or the financial institution associated with the card accounts you have presented as a means of payment.
You understand and agree that if you have any problems or questions regarding the service that Busy Bee Cleaning Company has provided to you, that you will perform due diligence by contacting Busy Bee Cleaning Company management for assistance by means of the contact information outlined above and available for review at busybeecleaningcompany.com. You further acknowledge that if, in the event of a return to the job site by Busy Bee Cleaning Company, the concern or issue raised by you is the result of something beyond Busy Bee Cleaning Company’s control, falls outside the realm of reasonable expectation or has to do with the cleaning of an item or area not considered part of the original work order request, addressing the issue will result in additional charges to you. Whether or not additional efforts on Busy Bee Cleaning Company’s part have proven successful in addressing any issues or concerns you may have, you understand and agree that you will still be required to provide full payment to Busy Bee Cleaning Company for all time & labor provided to you, to include both the original visit for service and perhaps any additional return trips by Busy Bee Cleaning Company.
You further acknowledge and agree that the failure, refusal or withholding of any monies owed by you to Busy Bee Cleaning Company for services rendered shall be met with all applicable fines, fees, penalties and/or court action as allowed for and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; and do further agree to bear full financial responsibility for all of Busy Bee Cleaning Company’s court, attorney(s), administration, arbitration and/or collection costs. You further agree that any legal action taken by you or by Busy Bee Cleaning Company shall be administered and conducted within the jurisdiction of the County of Chester, Pennsylvania.
You acknowledge that in the event of a billing error, you authorize Busy Bee Cleaning Company to initiate a credit or debit against your card account as a means to correct their mistake.
You understand and authorize Busy Bee Cleaning Company and their sponsoring agency to run an address verification search. This verification process is a security measure to protect me, the client, from illegal fraud against my credit card.
IMPORTANT HIGHLIGHT and REITERATION OF THREE (3) CRITICAL ASPECTS OF BUSY BEE CLEANING COMPANY’S GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
By accepting the terms and conditions associated with this One-Time and Recurring Payment Authorization, you acknowledge having read and accepted Busy Bee Cleaning Company General Terms of Service, and more specifically the following:
Lock-Outs, Re-Routes & Wait Time:
- In the event our Service Team is unable to gain access to your home upon their arrival, an attempt will be made to contact you for instructions and/or assistance. In the event you cannot be reached, Busy Bee Cleaning Company will be called off the job and instructed to move on to their next account. Such a scenario shall be viewed as a “Lock-Out”. All Lock-Outs are treated as late cancellations and will result in a fee equal to the amount of one service automatically billed to your account & charged to your credit card on file. In the event we are able to reach you we will attempt to reschedule for later in the day. Should you request that our Team remain on site awaiting your arrival, please be aware that we will need to charge you for the Team’s “wait-time” at a rate of $40 per person per hour, calculated to the nearest quarter hour.
Hourly-Based, 1x / Seasonal / Move-In / Move-Out Cleanings
- All one-time cleanings are estimated over the phone, “site-unseen” and based on a combination of factors. Once an estimate (or recommended number of man-hours) is provided, clients decide on how many man-hours to reserve/purchase. If a client chooses to reserve/purchase LESS than the recommended number of man-hours for the cleaning, Busy Bee Cleaning Company cannot guarantee the results or amount of work completed. In the event a client is not thoroughly satisfied with the results of a cleaning (due to an insufficient number of man-hours purchased) and wish to have Busy Bee Cleaning Company return, the client will need to purchase additional time & labor. Once all time & labor has been provided, client is responsible for full payment of services rendered and remains subject to Busy Bee Cleaning Company’s General Terms of Service until payment in full has been received.
Billing & Refunds:
- In agreeing to receive service from Busy Bee Cleaning Company, as witnessed by your subsequent request for service, you do so with the understanding (i) that whether receiving service at a flat-fixed rate or “by the man-hour”, all rates and pricing structures established by Busy Bee Cleaning Company shall be viewed and billed as simply “time & labor”; and (ii) that once “time & labor” has been extended to you that neither discounts, credits nor refunds shall be available to you from either Busy Bee Cleaning Company or the financial institution through which you have provided payment; and (iii) that you authorize and acknowledge Busy Bee Cleaning Company’s right to charge your account and credit card any and all applicable fees, fines and penalties as allowed for during the servicing of your account.
E-SIGN CONSENT REGARDING ONE-TIME AND/OR RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Scope of Consent. You acknowledge and agree that by accepting the above automatic payment terms and conditions (“Payment Terms”), you consent to receive a copy of your automatic payment authorization for services rendered to you by Busy Bee Cleaning Company in electronic form only instead of receiving a paper copy.
This consent applies only to automatic payment authorizations as to which Busy Bee Cleaning Company is required to provide you with a written copy under applicable law.
